Monster Hunter World: Iceborne PC + DLC Latest Version

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne PC + DLC was a massive success when it was released in 2018. The game was praised for its open-world design, its challenging gameplay, and its beautiful graphics. It was no surprise, then, that Capcom announced a major expansion for the game, Monster Hunter: World: Iceborne.

When Iceborne was released in January 2020, the game’s base content was almost doubled. Along with new locations, a new story, new armor, weapons, and monsters were added. Both fans and critics praised the expansion, which is regarded as one of the greatest expansions ever made.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne was developed and published in 2018 by Capcom as an expansion pack for Monster Hunter: World, a role-playing action game. It was released in September 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows. The game features new monsters, enhanced gameplay mechanics, and a brand new story in Hoarfrost, a region themed around the arctic. It was a critical and commercial success. More than 8.5 millions copies were sold upon its release.

New Master Rank

The new Master Rank is one of Iceborne’s most significant additions. Compared to the High Rank in the base game, this rank is harder and has new quests and monsters. It also takes the Master Rank to advance the story of the expansion.

Land of Ice

The people who live on Hoarfrost R have adapted to live in these harsh environments because it is constantly covered in snow and ice.Certain species, such as herbivorous popos, are only aggressive when provoked. But the creatures that live in this frigid land will not be so forgiving. Numerous endemic monsters can be found in Hoarfrost, such as the swift and agile Naracuga, the powerful Banbaro with horns designed to topple the strongest structures, and the powerful flying wyvern Tigrex, which is excellent at sending out extremely powerful charges. For the player to survive and repel the most dangerous predators in the area, they will need to quickly adjust to new circumstances

New Monsters

Almost thirty new monsters, including some of the most recognizable from the Monster Hunter series, are added to the game in Iceborne. All of these monsters are difficult to battle, and players will need to employ every trick in the book to take them out.

New Weapons

More than 14 new weapons, including new weapon classes, are added to the game by Iceborne. With the help of these weapons, players can battle the new monsters in Iceborne and find new ways to play the game.

New Armor

Iceborne adds over 70 new armor sets to the game, including new armor skills. These armor sets give players the protection they need to survive in the new locales of Iceborne, and they also provide powerful new skills.

New Gameplay Features of Monster Hunter World PC

MHW Iceborne offers completely new gameplay mechanics in addition to the features that fans of the first game will recognize.Monster Hunter World PC fundamental mechanism has been enhanced. Now, the player has access to the Clutch Claw, a tool that resembles a grappling hook. It can be used to control the monster or to launch special attacks while attached to it. Riding a tailraider is another new feature added to the game. The player can either have their mount search for signs of a monster they are hunting, or they can mark their location on the map and be transported there right away. Moreover, Iceborne adds new combos to all the weapon types the player can use.

Iceborne is similar to the base game. The player assumes the role of a Hunter and can either work alone or with other players in order to defeat or capture large monsters. Iceborne has a new arctic eco-system named Hoarfrost Reach. This is said to be the largest map created by the team. Players will encounter new and returning creature.  More areas will become available to players as they progress in the story. It is set in cold climates, so players will need to drink hot drinks and visit hotsprings for their stamina not to deplete. Snow would slow down player movement.

Capcom has also added new gadgets and combat options in Iceborne. Players can now grapple on monsters using the Clutch Claw and stun them with Flinch Shot.  The Slinger’s primary weapons can now be drawn out. All weapon archetypes have expanded upgrade paths and gained additional combat moves that help to improve their potency. Iceborne introduced layered armors that allowed players to add additional armor pieces on top of their existing armor set to customize the appearance of the hunter while maintaining the same equipment skill. After reaching Master Rank players will encounter more difficult enemies and creatures. They’ll also receive better rewards, such as new armour sets.

Untold Story of the Research Commission

The Research Commission realized that something unusual was happening when a flock of Legiana took to the skies from the Ancient Forest.using the airship of the Third Fleet. The group traversed the ocean after the wyverns. They discovered a brand-new continent that was snow- and ice-covered. Hoarfrost Reach was the name of the newly discovered region, and it was home to numerous endemic monsters. The Research Commission entered this uncharted territory without hesitation in the hopes of learning more about its potentially dangerous denizens. .

New Locales

Iceborne adds two new locales to the game: Hoarfrost Reach and the Guiding Lands. Hoarfrost Reach is a snowy mountain range that is home to some of the game’s most challenging monsters. The Guiding Lands is an ever-changing land that is filled with rare materials.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Story

A brand-new narrative in Iceborne is set subsequent to the base game’s events. The player is followed throughout this story as they look into a mysterious new threat to the New World.

The Research Commission investigates when a mysterious song suddenly is heard in the New World, causing a flock of Wyvern like Legianas to migrate across the ocean. The Research Commission tracks the Legiana down to a subcontinent polar and establishes a base there. They call it Hoarfrost and Seliana, respectively. While the Hunter and Handler are exploring the land, evidence of unusual earthquake activity is discovered.

This seismic activity may have caused the ecological shifts that led to the Legiana’s migration. The Tracker is also conducting her own investigation to find her long-missing Mentor. Her search is fruitful as she discovers the wreckage from her mentor’s vessel and a piece of cloth that indicates the existence of the “Old Everwyrm”, a monster which appears to link the song with seismic action.

Velkhana is an Elder Dragon of ice that has appeared in Astera due to the ecological disturbances. The Commission, seeing the freezing of environments in the New World, decides to fight back. Otherwise, they will be unable to continue the expedition. The Hunter is dispatched to face the Elder Dragon, and successfully drives it back to Hoarfrost. This causes it to invade Seliana and force the Hunter to drive it away again before tracking it down to finish it off.

Velkhana is defeated, but the song resurfaces and creates more seismic activity. The Commission discovers a pattern of where the song is heard and predicts the next place it will be heard. The Hunter, along with the Tracker and Handler, travels to the Old Everwyrm where they find an Elder Dragon called Shara Ishvalda. A Nergigante kills the Elder Dragon and interrupts the fight between the Elder Dragon and the commission.

This causes the Admiral’s deduced the species’ role in the food eco-system: Killing monsters who grow too strong; therefore explaining its attraction to Xeno’jiiva. The Hunter and Handler then track the Nergigante and find a new island subcontinental, a mixture of habitats and eco-systems that they call the Guiding Lands. The Commission decides to explore this new land in order to uncover its mysteries.
