Command and Conquer official game westwood Studios was the original developer of the real-time strategy (RTS) video game franchise, Command & Conquer (C&C). One of the pioneers of the RTS genre, the initial game introduced trademarks that would be used in subsequent games in the series. It was based on the popular strategy game Dune II by Westwood Studios.
Story Command and Conquer official game
Westwood published Command & Conquer on a global scale in 1995. The story takes place in the not-too-distant future, when a mysterious material known as tiberium contaminates Earth.
The events of Tiberian Dawn take place in the late 1990s, following a meteorite impact on Italy’s Tiber River that released Tiberium, an incredibly valuable but mysterious material. Somehow, the Brotherhood of Nod, an old secret order, obtained the technology necessary to take advantage of Tiberium’s potential before the rest of science.
Game Characters
- Kane: Perhaps the most iconic character in the series, Kane is the enigmatic leader of the Brotherhood of Nod, a secretive and powerful organization bent on global domination. He is known for his charismatic personality, manipulative tactics, and ambiguous motivations.
- GDI Leaders: Characters like General Solomon, James Solomon, and Redmond Boyle represent the Global Defense Initiative (GDI), a multinational military organization tasked with combating the Brotherhood of Nod and other global threats.
- Nod Commanders: Alongside Kane, Nod features other prominent figures such as Anton Slavik, LEGION, and Seth, who lead Nod forces in their quest for power and control.
- Tiberium Mutants: Characters like Tratos represent the mutated inhabitants of Tiberium-infested zones, adding an element of intrigue and danger to the series.
- Tiberium Wars Characters: In “Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars,” new characters like GDI Commander Ricardo Vega and Nod’s Kilian Qatar play significant roles in the conflict between GDI and Nod.
- Red Alert Series: While set in an alternate universe, the “Red Alert” series shares some characters with the main “Command & Conquer” timeline. Notable characters include Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin, Allied leaders like General Gunter von Esling and General Carville, and the enigmatic psychic Yuri.
- Global Liberation Army (GLA): Introduced in “Command & Conquer: Generals,” the GLA is a terrorist organization fighting against both GDI and Nod. Characters like Dr. Thrax and Prince Kassad lead GLA forces in their guerrilla warfare against their enemies.
Game modes
In C&C mode, like in the RTS game, two sides attempt to destroy one other’s base: the Brotherhood of Nod and the Global Defense Initiative (GDI).
Three strategies exist for teams to win:
(Harvesting, Kills, Damage): More points than the opponent at the end of the game
destroying every building owned by the enemy
Putting the beacon (Nuke Strike, Ion Cannon) on the beacon pedestal
Each vehicle and structure has been pulled straight from the first C&C game, and they all act just how they did in the original. Harvesters will collect Tiberium and send it to Refineries, which fuel the Power Plants that supply energy, so you and your teammates may concentrate on strategies and tactics. The base management tasks have all been handled.
Missions Command and Conquer official game
In the singleplayer section of the game, you assume the role of Havoc, an elite GDI commando who fights and explores from a first or third-person viewpoint. Battling through exotic indoor and outdoor environments, you’re free to use both brute force and stealth in your mission objectives against the evil Brotherhood of Nod. The game unfolds in a movie style presentation during the mission at hand and in between missions.
Every mission is different, on some missions you will require some heave fire-power to achieve your objective while in other missions stealth will be only way through.
As you progress you will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with everything in the C&C universe, fire all the weapons like the Tiberium Rifle, place an Ion Beacon to wipe out a Nod base. Drive the huge Mammoth tank over some Nod troopers. If it was the original C&C RTS game you will find in Renegade!

Conclusion
Throughout its many narratives, the “Command & Conquer” series has seen multiple endings that have brought resolution to the conflicts portrayed in the games. A synopsis of a few of the series’ findings is provided below:
Original Tiberium Universe: “Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars” and its follow-up “Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath” marked the end of the first “Command & Conquer” Tiberium series. Depending on the decisions made during gameplay, the fight between the Brotherhood of Nod and the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) has many outcomes in the end. Still, Kane’s final destiny is unclear, giving rise to conjecture.
Red Alert Universe: “Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3” and its expansion “Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 – Uprising” marked the end of the “Red Alert” series. There are several possible endings in the game.
